I use action tiles for a few months and I am satisfied but more I implement it more I learn that 4 colors for tiles are few. One or two colors extra will be possible in the future ?

I need some help please.

I have a load of IP cameras hardwired to NVM. The IP address of that NVM is 192.168.86.218. It is a static IP address.

I have tinycam pro and actiontiles installed on a Fire 10 HD. 

Tinycam can identify the camera server on the network correctly, and I can connect to it correctly. I have tried entering in incorrect username and password and it fails then, so I am confident it is connecting correctly when I use the correct username and password.

The problem is that I'm getting 100% dropped frames in ActionTiles:

Which translates to an error message in ActionTiles

Any ideas? I'm at a loss here.

I received this garage controller for xmas and have set it up according to directions.  It's listed as "works with smartthings", and I've set it up in smartthings and it works great.  (shows current open/close status and will open or close the door by pressing the icon/button).

When I go to authorize this device in Actiontiles, it isn't showing up as a device. 

I have been playing with the ability to cast websites to a smart display (google, Lenovo) and it would be great if ActionTiles added a keyboard icon option at the login that you could select to bring up an on-screen keyboard so I can enter my credentials. These smart displays don’t have access to a keyboard.

I have 2 Amazon Fire tablets configured with Fully and DakBoard as the screensaver.  They operate as I want, when I launch Weatherbug or TinyCam, those aps stay in the foreground until I hit the back button.  Today I installed Fully on a spare Galaxt Tab I found and it behaves differently.  When I launch any app from an intent with UNiversal Launcher, the screensaver takes over in the specified time.  I just cant figure out what setting might be different between the Galaxy and the Fire

I was excited that August Smart Locks are now officially supported in SmartThings. Post here (https://august.com/blogs/home/introducing-our-newest-integration-august-smartthings).

I have this set up and working in SmartThings. When I added it to ActionTiles today, I am able to see it and create a lock tile and a sensor tile. However, is there any way to combine these similar to my Garage Door tile with MyQ rather than having 2 tiles?

The type in graph.api.smartthings.com is showing it as "placeholder" with "No states found." Just curious if there is anything else that can be done or I should select to make this better.

I've created a simulated CO2 sensor DH (basically by butchering the simulated temperature sensor DH). This allows me to display a number in a tile without an associated unit (like degrees or %)

Is there any way I can set this so that at a certain value, ActionTiles can tell this is a warning condition and change the tile colour accordingly?

Put another way, how does actiontiles know when other DHs are in alert conditions?

Use case: I'm trying to create a summaries tab that tells me how many doors/windows  are open and how many lights are on and various other summaries so that I can have one sheet which gives me an overview of the whole house. (Summarising is being done in webcore). - so if there's one or more windows open I'd like actiontiles to highlight the tile.

I realise mine is likely an uncommon use case - but surely with any environmental monitor it would be useful to move into alert status once a monitor hits a specific high or low value?

Would anyone have the launch url for the chrome remote desktop app on the ipad. I would like to open that app with a special tile.

wow!  this seems like a beautiful way to have quick intuitive access to my smart home controls.  Its just a shame it only works with SmartThings ... Is there any plan to expand to other smart home platforms?  I specifically use Axial Control with an Aeon Labs stick on a windows PC, but I'm sure owners of other hubs would love to have AT as their visible interface.  

Came across another issue. When I created a tile for my location based on my cellphone, the tile icon became a question mark instead of the assigned icon.

Hello. Having a hard time integrating my sonoff 3 gang wall switches I have linked below to AT. I dont need to control them, I just need the tile to show when status of the lights (on/off) so I can use Alexa to turn them off. I just need notifications, not control just to make things easier. I tried IFTTT, but I'm currently struggling.

I have  IKEA FYRTUR Window blinds and on my Actionstiles I only see a Battery, no switch option. This is despite that in ST and in the ST app, I have full control of thye blinds including opening and closing. It would be really great to have my blinds on my Actiontiles tablets. 

Any ideas?

I installed Fibaro roller shutter and in Action Tiles it shows as type "Switch".
This means that it will show the open percentage of the roller shutter correctly but it will show OFF only when it will get to 0 %.
So even when the roller shutter is 3% the status will be ON .

In SmartThings it shows closde as I set the open/close offset to 45 %.

This make a confusion as I see it as open but it's not open .

Is there a way to make this the same as SmartThings status ?

I have set up two presence sensors (iphones via the classic app). They are showing as ? on the tile. So, I hit the forum and saw the advice that it is because the Device Type Handler doesn't have a value set for "attribute switch". Makes sense. I fired up the IDE and sure enough...

I can't see where to edit the device to add states to this Device Type Handler, and my Googling is failing me. Can anyone help? Thanks.

My Fire HD8 tablet I just setup for my SmartHome without Amazon link decided to update and now wants to link to Amazon. Do I have to factory reset and reload all APK files for Fully and Actiontiles to work again or is there a way around the linking?

Environment

I am using MacOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra)  and Safari 13.1 on an older (2011) iMac

I am using VLC to transcode RTSP streams into MJPEG per this thread https://support.actiontiles.com/communities/12/topics/3033-using-vlc-transcode-video-rtsp-stream-to-mjpeg using an in-home Debian 10 server

(FYI - Two of my three cameras are WYZE PanCam with the RTSP firmware loaded - so far so good...)

ActionTiles

I have three panels linked together and ONE of the panels has three camera feeds on it.

When I navigate to that panel the camera feeds begin rendering, WOO HOO!

Issue

When I navigate AWAY from the panel with the camera feeds Safari keeps rendering the MJPEG streams in the background. BOO!

I can observe this in the network tab in Safari's developer tools and with the Activity Monitor program which is similar to the linix/unix 'top' command. 

Firefox 76.x and Chrome 81.0.4044.138 on the same machine do not exhibit this behavior. They stop rendering panels that are not visible

OPINION

As the title says, this is probably a Safari bug, or Apple just being Apple, but I wanted to post for informational purposes at a minimum.

My work-around solution is to avoid using Safari for this particular use-case.

i hve had AT working with axis cameras for a while. The problem is the axis companion app does not allow for anonymous viewing. How can i add the user and pwd to my media tile url?

I looked around the forum but didn't find anything written on this other than a request.

Here's how to have sticky notes in AT (I wanted an easy way for everybody at home to be able to leave and delete notes)

I downloaded: Sticky Notes from the play store

Then in AT add a shortcut in My Shortcuts; use this link (and add the name you want):

intent:#Intent;launchFlags=0x10000000;component=harman.notes.sticky.hrmnbhutni/harman.notes.sticky.hrmnbhutni.MainActivity;end

Now add this shortcut tile to your Panel and you're good to go ! A sticky note will appear and will stay on-screen at all time until deleted.

(I did this on my fire tablet but I'm assuming it will be the same on all android devices)
