how to toggle off smartthings home monitor "arm" tiles when selecting disarm.

Hello.  Very new to AT but trying to dig in a bit.  I have Smart Things Home Monitor, using the new app, and have figured out how to set virtual switches to arm and disarm the alarm system from AT.  My question is, how do I configure AT to turn off the Arm Away or the Arm Stay switch when I select Disarm.  Is this possible?  Is it possible if I disarm it from my smart things app as well?  would like it to sync.  right now the Arm switches always show as "on" even after I've disarmed the system and i have to manually turn off the Arm switches.

Can you elaborate more? I did every step on that link you posted, and having same problem. I have to manually turn off one tile, wait a few seconds, and then select the new tile to turn that respective monitor mode on. Otherwise it does not work.

Break it down barney style for me, I just started using this today (an hour ago actually lol)

Edit: After further testing, it appears to only happen with the disarm tile. For example:

- Setting STHM to disarmed manually via the app does NOT change the tiles in ActionTiles and turn off the armed ActionTiles.

- Selecting "Disarm" in ActionTiles does NOT change the mode in STHM to disarmed and does NOT turn off the other armed action tiles.

Second Edit: Ok, after further testing, these ActionTiles also just aren't updating half the time if I make changes via the phone app and not in the actual ActionTiles panel. Is there a workaround/fix for this?

Hi Drew,

There's an increased number (40+) of similar support tickets in the past week or so that have the same root cause.

It seems that SmartThings is unexpectedly dropping event subscriptions, this means that the event data is not propagating to ActionTiles. This condition cannot be detected from our end. SmartThings is plagued by this problem periodically, the last surge was in February. SmartThings engineers are aware of this issue and are working on it. I don't have an ETA as to when this bug will be fixed on their end.

Usually, removing ActionTiles from SmartThings and then reinstalling it fixes this problem. Reinstalling ActionTiles will have no effect on your exiting panels and tiles.

You can uninstall ActionTiles either via the SmartThings mobile app or using authorization screen in ActionTiles and then clicking the "Deny" button.

Please let me know if this fixes the problem.

have the same issue as above... any chance we can get things working as they were in the past??  :(.  cannot understand why Samsung is doing this to us as long time users of ST... I'm considering switching to another Smart Home tool as Samsung is getting worse and worse by the day...

Hi Diego,

We have no control of how SmartThings chooses to change the platform. We have to make do with whatever is available.

I have the same issue as previously reported.  Basically I can turn on all modes simultaneously.. However I hoped that by selecting one mode the others would be turned off.  I'd sure like to know if there is a workaround.

Please confirm that the 3-way switch setup is working within the SmartThings app. SmartThings contains the logic to toggle the switches. If you don't see any obvious mistakes in the configuration, please try to reset it per the guide here:
