Media Tile image not displaying on Mac Safari

The layout of this community site is hard to follow, apologies if this is in the wrong spot.  


I made some google sheets charts with data from ST.  I added my published sheets charts to AT in my media and then placed the media on panels.   AT displays the charts no problem on iPad and iPhone using safari.  However if I open the panel on my iMac, it won't work.  I have 6 different charts.  All 6 display correctly on iPhone and iPad.  


Here is the same chart on all three devices.  All 6 of my charts have this same issue.  Anyone else seeing something like this?

  • What is the Media URL? Is it SSL (https://...) or not? 
  • Many browsers are now blocking "mixed content"; my Fire tablet Silk & Fully display a few example Media Tiles just fine, but my Phone's Chrome and Firefox do not.

The Top of the Topic shows the current status of the issue. In this case, it is set to "Discuss & Vote" in order to determine if other users are experiencing the issue, how impactful it is to them, and whether they have any ideas to help us resolve it.

Oh, I see.   Does that mean it may not be addressed if others do not weigh in that it is a problem for them?  


I don't think it is too narrow of a use case.  I know there are lots of people making google sheets charts, but I don't know how many of them use AT.

We'll still spend some effort to research the issue regardless..., but we have to prioritize everything we do.


If it looks easy to resolve (doesn't look easy, so far...) then we love to get you sorted out, even without more reports.


If we get more reports (or you drive traffic & Votes to the Topic), we'll devote more effort.

There have been numerous updates to improve performance of Media Tiles. If this issue is still relevant, please open a new ticket.
