error undefined: cannot read property 'message' of undefined

It appears that there was an outage on Google Cloud Platform that hosts the ActionTiles app. It started at about 8:15am and finished at 9:30am MST. Google Cloud did not report an outage, however their support desk was also down at that this time period. The problem resolved itself without any action on our part.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We know that you rely on ActionTiles and expect it to be reliable and performance.

We are working hard to mitigate a series of recent problems and move key pieces of our infrastructure to a different and more reliable host as our current provider that proved to be unreliable.

Like all cloud based solutions, ActionTiles employs an array of servers and services that must work in tandem. Tuesday's issue was caused by the failure of the piece of infrastructure that relays commands from ActionTiles to SmartThings. This was the first and only outage of this piece so far. We hope that any outages will remain rare.
