Hello all! I have tablets running Andriod and all can launch into Spotify and various other apps using the intent URL no problem. However i also have a windows surface i am trying to get working similar. Is there a way for me to launch Spotify, Sonos, Harmony etc, from a windows exe in action tiles?

I found this reference at random; I have not tested the concept(s); but it is something worth experimenting with:

I found that link too! Unfortunately I am not the greatest when it comes to "code". Might have to give it a shot though and see what I can come up with.
It's possible to use Spotify on windows exe. You can get Spotify MP3 files vis the AudFree Spotify Music Downloader from the AudFree website. Then you can access Spotify songs freely on other apps or devices.
In order to use Spotify music on other devices, I use the DRmare Spotify Playlist Downloader. It supports to download Spotify music to other audio fformats and can be used on other devices with ease.
at the very least, you could run the spotify playlist in the webplayer right?
As for Sonos and Harmony, I don't know if they have web versions that can substitute the need for running the actual exe.
To launch Spotify from a Windows exe in action tiles, I've found some reading for you. Hope it will help.
Triggercmd would be the easiest solution. I have a mini PC that I use as a music server and I have Triggercmd running on the PC as well. You create a Triggercmd virtual switch on your hub and that shows up as a regular switch on Actiontiles. Then just program the virtual switch within Triggercmd to do whatever you want on any PC.
