When I add a thing and then adjust its position, the list jumps around not permitting me to move the thing upward in the list. Using iOS on an iPad.

What iPad and iOS version, please?
I need a better description please to understand the problem since we have not had other reports. Perhaps attempt to make a short video filming the issue?

I am able to replicate this. We will research.
In the meantime, hopefully you can arrange Tiles on some other device, PC, Mac, etc..

This is now considered a confirmed problem, though we haven't had success narrowing down the root cause (other than the iOS level...) yet. Frustrating that Apple has changed something in Safari!
unfortunately it isn’t just safari but Chrome on iOS as well. Not the best experience for a new licensee. Hopefully it is being worked on.

Unfortunately, on iOS all browsers use the Safari Engine, including "Chrome for iOS" - so switching browsers isn't a workaround.
(On Android, a lot, but not all, browsers use the Android Webview Engine, not including Chrome).
oh that’s very interesting! I did manage to figure out some multi finger slide with one while holding the other so it’s somewhat possible but extremely frustrating. Looking forward to a fix at some point hopefully!
