I have a loop radar that is generated by a php script is this going to be supported anytime soon?

Interesting question...

  • Could you provide a copy of the script, please? I'm curious as to its functionality and complexity.
  • Our hosting architecture is not designed host arbitrary PHP scripts. We might explore the possibility of allowing the presentation output from scripts that you self-host; or figure out how to pass on the costs of providing hosting...

...Terry.

It's not my script. It's from a weather site that provides the loop which has a gif image output.

Why don't you just point to the referenced GIF URL(s) then?

https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/Loop/NatLoop.gif
https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/Loop/pacnorthwest_loop.gif
etc.

This URL works fine for me...

You get a loop ? All I get is a 1 frame gif.

You're right... it appears that there is only one frame.

The source website that this is embedded within must be using Javascript / AJAX to cycle through the images in your browser.

There is no way for us to embed their arbitrary front-end implementation into an ActionTiles Media Tile.
