Alexa has a skill for my alarm.com account. Is there any way to integrate that with ActionTiles?

Hi Jim,
Currently ActionTiles is specialized to only connect to Things (& "services") through SmartThings - and particularly those that are compliant with the SmartThings "Capability" standards.
Thus, if you can find or write a Device Type Handler(s) for Alarm.com integration, that is the first step currently required.
The SmartThings Community has a lot of resources for such integrations (and there may be one already existing... the search function there is pretty strong, but yields a lot of results to discard).
