tileset status inheritance

Is there any way to change the status/color of a tileset icon when any of it's member icons changes status?  For example, I would like to put a single tileset icon on the main screen for Windows and another for Doors and to have the status of those icons change when any of my windows or doors are open.  This would radically reduce screen clutter.

There is no such out of the box feature at the moment.

However, it is rather easy to do using a simulated switch and two automations. One automation will TURN ON the switch when any of the doors are open, the other automation will TURN OFF the switch when all doors are closed. 

Then, you can add the switch as a read only tile and assign a corresponding icon.
