Grabbing TrafficCam links or just focusing in on browser?

I'm having a really hard time finding the streaming link to some of the traffic cams from my city's website:

http://edmontontrafficcam.com/

I've tried inspect element, url sniffers...etc. 

Is there a way to create a tile that will focus in on a specific area of a website? Or is it just through a url only.

ActionTiles has no fuctionality to scrape or embed a "portional" of a website, except for a plain image object (i.e., an image URL of type JPG, GIF, or PNG that will "open in new tab").

There may be clever ways to use a personal server which internally renders the web page and can extract portions of it; but this is not in our scope.
