Using jggdev weather link: How to use in Chile?

hi guys. Anyone here know how to customize the jggdev link to use another country? I'm currently in chile the code is cl but using the link.. is not working

For example this link show another country 

http://jggdev.com/atiles/weather.php?backgroundColor=FFFFFF&bodyColor=00FF00&titleColor=000000&country=cl

You need to provide a city or zip in the loc variable. For Santiago it would be:

http://jggdev.com/atiles/weather.php?loc=santiago...


Color and other settings:

http://jggdev.com/2017/05/24/weather-image-for-actiontiles/

Be sure to post on the SmartThings Users Group on Facebook ... I think the developer of JGG and/or lots of JGG users are there.
