Blank tile colors

Can you please add options to the Blank tiles so the user can set colors to any of the colors used by Action Tiles. This would give the user some flexibility in filling in the black spaces when using the Elements theme.

Would also like to make blank tiles a solid color so I don't have big areas of the background showing.

If you can put up with there being a click-through you can do this by linking to solid colour images using Media Tiles. All my Media Tiles are decorative with the click-through to the full size image being unwanted.
