Allow creating Custom additional Tile Intentions

I understand why you guys created tile intentions...makes sense. That said, at the end-of-the-day, it's really just a mechanism to control styling, why not open that up? Allow the creation of tile intentions with styling options and people can create whatever they'd like!

Justin, I considered this feature request, but it would be too difficult to implement under our current data model.

When we open up Custom CSS, the desired effect could be achieved without additional Tile Intentions. Alternatively, we can define additional static intentions if there is a demand.

It would be great to have a few more tile intentions to use.
