Icons missing for Routine Tile

With previously added routines, I was able to change the default icons for the tile in ActionTiles. E.g. a ST routine that turned everything off, I changed the icon to the power symbol. 


I created a new routine today, and it appears I now can only change the tile icon with 8 choices to choose from, 3 of which don't even load up for me (they're blank below).
