ActionTiles not usable on Shard AP02 - "Client is not associated with a SmartApp in Location"
When trying to link my SmartThings location to Action Tiles, I click "Home" in the location drop down box, click authorize and I just get an error saying "Client is not associated with a SmartApp in location Home", whatever that means. Any ideas?

I suspect one of a few known issues, but let's start with some diagnostics.
- Where are you located in the world, please?
- Do you know which SmartThings "shard" (cloud slice) you are on? This can be identified using the instructions here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/faq-how-to-find-out-what-shard-cloud-slice-ide-url-your-account-location-is-on/53923?u=tgauchat

Indeed, this is a known issue. SmartThings has not deployed ActionTiles to Shard AP02 (Asia-Pacific), officially claiming that this Shard is not in production (but one engineer said that is not an accurate statement).
Since Australia is not a supported market for SmartThings, we have not yet been successful in escalating this issue. We first mentioned this to them over 6 months ago.
We will bring it up with our SmartThings contacts again and hope they help us. Not many potential Customers are affected yet, but the number will grow.

It took a while, but super support from Brad at SmartThings resolved this issue today. 😁
