Panel missing floating overflow options button: How to access Panel configuration?

On both of my Panels there is no longer the three dots at the bottom right of my screen. How do I get into Panel Setup?

Hi Den,
The setting to hide the floating "Panel Options (...)" button is selectable on the Panel Settings menu. I presume that you toggled this off, and so now the button is hidden; this is a setting on a per Panel basis.
Regardless, to get back to a configuration Page, just to to this URL:

Hi Den,
You can login to your ActionTiles account from any computer/device. Any changes that you make to a panel will be immediately updated on every remotely running instance.

- Visit the Panel Builder for the Panel, and use the Menu (...)
- Select Panel Settings
- Currently the last setting is to select visibility of the Panel Options Button:
