Fully lock down the panel on Kindle Fire

I've got the ActionTiles app installed on a Kindle Fire.  I'm looking around in the app at the settings and I'm wondering if there is a way to truly lock down the tablet so that nothing other than the panels can be used without some kind of admin access?

The ActionTiles app only has a subset of features of the Fully Kiosk Browser. You may want to look into installing the original version of Fully: https://www.fully-kiosk.com/ (additional licensing may be required with the Fully app).

Fully-Kiosk is excellent. This is a great video that shows how to set it all up.
