Fully Kiosk Browser Lockdown: Prevent timeout closing?

Mine never closes. I don't remember doing anything special. Could it be your device timeout? I think theres an android setting to stay awake.

I am using an fire tablet 8 the newest version. Have it in developer mode to always stay awake while plugged in. I think it is the fire OS. I went ahead and installed tasker and just have it open the app every 30 min, seems to be working and never even see it flicker when tasker runs.

No I have it set to stay awake when plugged in. It is a fire tablet 8 that I did not root but was able to load Google play on it to get fully. So it might be doing this by design who knows probably what I get for spending 80 on a tablet instead of 400 on a Samsung. My Samsung tablet 6 months old does not log out.

i think it's prob the device? my kiosk has been on for weeks. i have the screensaver function turned on and i set the screensaver to 'black" so it looks like it's off when i'm not in front of it (at night time with the lights off, you can see a dim glow from it since it's really not off). hope that helps.

jinxed myself. the past few weeks fully kiosk will just crash and take me back to the home screen on the fire tablet. then to add insult to injury, the tablet will dim itself to the lowest settings. i did see an option i thought was to restart fully koisk if it crashes but doesn't seem to work.

I am too having the same issue. Reached out to FK and waiting on a reply.

I am also having the same problem using a  Fire tablet 8. FK crashes a few times per week at no special time.
