Is it possible to add the Cobalt theme which is currently available in SmartTiles ?

No one realized that Cobalt Theme is MIA. We will add it back.

When you do add it, can you please have it display active on tiles as the Sballoz theme does. On tiles glow completely.

Not included in this initial implementation of Cobalt, but we agree that certainly more "full Tile active color" Themes are useful and are planned.
