HEOS or Logitech Harmony link for Action Tiles?

Only threads I found were from several years back, and no resolution.  Is it possible to have a tile, ideally with HEOS and Logitech logos, that take me to those apps on my Kindle Fires?

The general technique of finding the appropriate registered Android App "intention" (and using that in a Shortcut definition and Tile) should be applicable.

I am not aware if "deep linking" (to specific Activities) is possible - that is up to each target App to publish.
