Fingerprint Authentication

Now that SmartThings has added it. What if you had fingerprint Authentication for:


* Accessing Administration Console

* Accessing a Panel

* Accessing a Tile (instead of pin code)

Thanks, WB ...But we're unlikely to give this much consideration or priority. The most common devices used for ActionTiles are "cheap tablets" which, at this time, do not have Fingerprint Readers nor Face ID.


The complexity of interfacing enhancing our access controls with the hardware / biometric authentication UIs is not worth researching until there is overwhelming demand.
