Would be great if it would support Tesla's browser's.

Perhaps like: https://teslaapps.net/en/

But I wonder what the difference between your code and the teslaapps.net is.

You know the expression: "you can't prove a negative"? That's what applies here. Just because some particular specific piece of code i.e., the teslaapps.net website, is able to run, does not give us any clue as to what portion of our complex (but completely standards compliant!) ActionTiles web-app is not being handled properly by the Tesla browser.

My understanding is that their browser is very "locked down", and I presume a relationship-agreement is required in order to get the specifications and an emulator, etc., in order to the necessary debugging and possible accommodation of its quirks.

If you know of any other path to debug Tesla, we're open to hearing it.

Tesla is welcome to send me a vehicle for testing purposes.

We got ActionTiles working on Samsung fridges. I wish Tesla dashboard has a modern and compliant browser.

Haha, I don't know if Tesla cares at all 🤣

aha, I haven't seen the fridges on anything other than images on the web yet, as they're not released here in Norway.

Because that is working in the Tesla browser.

@nimrooz

Would you be able to test this website with your Tesla Browser?

https://material.angularjs.org

Thanks

Hi,

Did try it today, but just giving me an empty screen, see picture.

No way to rotate image? 🤣

Thanks for trying it.

I'm sorry, but it seems that there's nothing we can do. Even the homepage of the core framework that's used by ActionTiles doesn't load. It doesn't look to be compatible with the Tesla browser.
