Control TV other than on/off?

I apologize for the newbie question, but I am trying to set up my Samsung Q8F tv on ActionTiles, and all that I can seem to do is turn it on and off? Is there any way to add a mute tile? Or volume up/down, media select etc? Anything other than on/off?

I actually asked the same exact question because in the smartthings app you have full control of the tv.  It is not possible.  Here was the reply;

At the moment there is no Tile for remote control because SmartThings spins out new Capabilities as needed, often with unpublished documentation. Such devices require development of very custom and specific tiles, but only a small number of users can actually take advantage of them.

We add new tile types from time to time based on demand and ROI for required efforts. At the moment the focus is on infrastructure overhaul due to new SmartThings API and Mobile App migration and SmartThings Home Monitor integration.

At the moment, a possible workaround to integrate your Television is to use the a set of virtual switches or Momentary Buttons and proxy their commands to the TV device using WebCore. The specifics of this workaround are outside of ActionTiles support, but WebCore community has probably it figured out already.
