I had a device get removed from one of my panels. I added it back to ST, but I have a "?" on that tile now. How do I add the new device to my panel?

If your device was reset, SmartThings treats it as a new device and all its associations (routines, automations, tiles) are lost. You must replace this tile with the new instance of this device.
