The first way to attempt resolution is to uninstall and reinstall the "ActionTiles V6 (Connect)" SmartApp. That's the piece which relays updates to the ActionTiles Cloud.
- In the SmartThings App go to Automation page / SmartApps tab, find "ActionTiles V6 (Connect)" and select UNINSTALL at the very bottom.
- In ActionTiles go to My Locations and press (+) to Add Location and authorize your Things again.
- Your Panel configurations will not be lost. Everything is tied to SmartThing by their Device IDs which will be unchanged with the fresh install.
This problem can sometimes occur if you have a lot of Things (over 120?), so please let me know if this is the case. We are working on a solution for that.
If you still aren't getting updates, please let me know your Location ID, from My Locations / (location) / "Copy to Clipboard", as then we can do further diagnostics.
