Forum non-threaded view?

Is there a setting hidden somewhere to disable the threaded view in the ActionTiles forum?  Threaded view makes sense sometimes to keep responses with questions.   I find it hard to find responses in longer discussions.

There are a lot of internal conveniences to the UserEcho system, but plenty of inconveniences too.
